Today
we celebrate Dan Patch and Mothball (Monty), two of our residents
whose has one parent that was a horse. We will also be celebrating them at
Donkey Days June 7 at the Turtle Valley Donkey Refuge Society
as our theme this year is "How Donkeys and Mules helped settle British
Columbia in the 1800's" Mules have the fire from their Mother's and
the strength of their Stud and are very loving and hard working animals.
Join us as we salute all mules during this Year of the Horse.
