It was a fun day at the Refuge yesterday as members of a wedding party and their guests visited the donkeys.  The bride and groom had asked that their guests donate to the Refuge in lieu of wedding gifts and their guests kindly obliged.

The donkeys were up for the visit and enjoyed the attention.
The bride and one of her bridesmaids posed with their donkey counterparts.  Bambi posed with our standard donkey Bambi and Jenny (bridesmaid) posed with Jenny the jenny (girl donkey).
Bambi says that she now knows of three Bambi's - the little deer, herself and our sweet long-ear.  How cute is that!
