Say Hello to Mothball, a New Arrival to the Refuge

Meet Mothball a Senior donkey of over 30 years of age who arrived at the Refuge yesterday. Mothball has had a sad history of being a Baseball donkey in his past before his owners rescued him. Mothball will enjoy the safety and security of the Refuge for the rest of his life. Mothball is a very, very loving fella that enjoys his ears being scratched and giving hugs. It always amazes us that donkeys can forgive and love again.

We are holding our Spring Fling Fundraiser on Saturday May 11, 2013, from 11:00 - 4:00.  We cordially invite you to stop by and meet Mothball and his  50 donkey friends that reside at the Donkey Refuge.
Enjoy the Plant Sale, Flea Market, Hot Dog BBQ and a relaxing day at the Farm.
